Jean-Yves Millaire took over the vineyards in 1998.In 2006, he decided to switch the vineyard to organic production, firstly to respect his terroir and his soils, and also to try and leave the lands which will one day belong to our children in the best possible condition.
Organic farming means going back to simple but effective practices, ploughing the vines, cultivating them when they need it, at the right moment. It also means really working the ground and the plant at the right moment.
His is proud to produce healthy wines which are grown the most traditional way possible.
